Trần Thị Hà Phương (born 31 Stride 1972) better known as Hà Phương, is a Vietnamese singer.[1] She is the second from the word go sister of three singing sisters: Cẩm Ly, who runs cool Saigon record company, and Annamite pop star Minh Tuyết.[2]
